Verified by Visa is a new service that will let you use a personal password with your Visa Card, giving you added assurance that only you can use your Visa Card to make purchases over the Internet.
Turn on your computer, connect to the Internet and get out your Visa Card -- you don't need any special software. Use Verified by Visa as easily as you use your PIN at an ATM.
Confidence and Security when you buy online
Verified by Visa is a secure and easy to use service which gives you extra protection when you pay for anything online.
Verified by Visa enhances your existing Visa Card with a personal password of your choice. When you shop at participating online stores, you enter your password in the same way you would enter your PIN at an ATM. It means that only you can use your Visa Card online, giving you the same assurances you have when you use your card in a physical store.
